Thank you for your interest in ballet lessons with Central Oregon School of Ballet. Please fill out the Enrollment Interest Form below and we will contact you with information on how to Register, Enroll or schedule a Placement Class.

Enrollment for the year begins in June and closes September 30th. Mid-year enrollment for levels Intermediate Ballet 1 and up are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to available space in the appropriate level.

Admission into the Performance Division after the age of 9 is by audition only.

PLEASE NOTE

  • To maintain quality of ballet instruction and performances, space available in class is limited.

  • Performance Division classes are capped at 24 students.

  • Pre-Ballet Classes are capped at 12 students.

  • Pre-Ballet Students must be 5 by September 1st.

  • Placement in Pre-Ballet is secured on a first come, first served basis.

  • All levels in Performance Division are placement by audition only and subject to space available in the appropriate level.

  • Placement in the Recreational Division is open until March.

  • Re-Enrollment for current students is after final performance of the season.

  • Prospective students with previous experience will require a placement class and director approval to join mid-year.

  • Participating in a placement class does not ensure admittance into COSB’s program. It is contingent on whether or not there is space available in the level most appropriate for your student.

  • For Placement Class, please arrive early to fill out a liability waiver prior to class. Leotard, pink tights, ballet shoes, and hair in a ballet bun are required.
